Addy Daddy Seasonings & Sauces started Thanksgiving of 2016 when Adeola prepared to smoke his annual turkey for his family. This year was a bit unusual because he wanted to try something other than the typical store-bought marinades and seasonings he normally used. He then began experimenting with different spices to create the perfect Cajun seasoning.

Adeola created numerous combinations at the same time staying true to the Cajun trinity roots. After endless hours and different combinations, the “Cajun Soul” seasoning was born!
