The foundation of Coastal Roots Apothecary takes root in a small town south of Boston, MA. We consider ourselves two community herbalists who just so happen to be in love and share the same passionate goal to shed light on a holistic, sustainable way of life.

We do what we do because there is something so strong within each of us that refuses to settle for the status quo. Our passion for truth, awareness, and connection runs deep and is often contagious for those around us. The plant kingdom has supported each of us along our journeys in beautifully unique ways. We both hold respect and gratitude for the powerful healing properties of herbs and this is something we want to share with our community. We want to share the tools, information, and means to create personal relationships with the plants, starting with tea! 

We met in 2016 under some pretty extraordinary circumstances and the rest was history. After spending our first few months together traveling, we realized that we were brought together for a reason and we believe that reason is to combine our light to make a difference in the world together. With months of going back to the drawing board, we decided to start with what we know – herbal medicine. We are proud to say that each of our tea blends are a product of love, healing, and nourishment.
